Abstract
Inorganic nanoparticles Fe2O3 in diameter of 3-5 nm have been assemble d with polymer microspheres and then encapsulated in copolymer of St/B A/AA by polymerization process. Fe2O3 encapsulated microspheres can be obtained through interaction between surface groups of the two compon ent particles and by adjusting the pH value in the emulsion. Pre-treat ment of the composite particles using a certain amount of surfactant b efore polymerization can give a good encapsulation.
