Abstract
We report a patient with a history of leukopenia who developed acute m yeloid leukemia (AML) FAB M2 and was successfully treated with inducti on and consolidation chemotherapy. She relapsed 7 months after initial diagnosis. Peripheral blood cells at relapse showed a t(12;15)(p13;q1 3), which has not been previously described in de novo or relapsed AML .
