Abstract
A series of novel O-saccharidyl-methoxyformylphosphonamidates were syn thesized, and Arbuzov reactions of O-saccharidylphosphoramidites with methyl chloroformate and other related reactions were discussed. The s tructures of the products were determined by H-1 NMR, P-31 NMR, IR and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary biological tests showe d that compound 3(c) possessed some inhibitory activities against Leuk aemia HL-60 cells and liver cancer Bel-7402 cells in vitro, compound 3 (c) has some antivirus activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV).
