Abstract
The majority of men with multiple sclerosis demonstrate difficulties w ith erection, yet publications on this issue have been rare when compa red to papers on bladder dysfunction. This article reviews the neurolo gical basis for erectile dysfunction and includes suggestions for trea tments such as intracorporal injections. A discussion of ejaculatory d ysfunction is also included since it can have a significant impact on the benefits of erectile treatments.
