Abstract
Congenital complete atrioventricular block is quite rare, with usually a benign clinical evolution. However, because the first manifestation can be sudden death, it is important to evaluate patients and to esta blish clear prognostic criteria. A case of complete congenital atriove ntricular block in a 38-year-old woman is presented to illustrate thes e criteria.
