Abstract
Seven new species of Lauraceae from Surinam, French Guiana, and Amapa (northeastern Brazil), are described and illustrated. These are Rhodos temonodaphne elephantopus, R. leptoclada, R. morii, R. revolutifolia, R. rufovirgata, R. saiilensis, and R. scandens.
