Abstract
A case of pseudoobstruction of the colon in a patient receiving oral n imodipine therapy is presented. Early recognition of this entity, diag nostic aids, and therapy are discussed. Successful colonoscopic decomp ression and close observation allowed completion of nimodipine course of therapy.
