The influence of the dopants on the chemistry and electrical behaviors
of the ceramic materials obtained in the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system was inv
estigated. DTA and XRD analysesm were carried out for phases identific
ation and the thermal events were located. The association between ant
imony and lead in an optimal ratio enhanced the promotion of the high
Tc phase but it caused the chemistry of the investigated system to be
more complex. No superconductive transition above 110 was observed.
