Abstract
Growth of a mixed culture, Pseudomonas palleronii and A grobacterium r adiobacter using the toxic chemical ''4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid'' wa s followed by: the measurement of the total cell density by using cell counter and the plate count procedure for enumerating each strain acc ording to the different morphology. The results from these two procedu res deviated considerably due to the inability to form colonies on sol id agar media.
