S. Svensson et al., HIGH-RESOLUTION CORE ELECTRON-SPECTROSCOPY OF ATOMS AND MOLECULES ON THE FINNISH BEAMLINE AT THE MAX LABORATORY, Journal of electron spectroscopy and related phenomena, 75, 1995, pp. 67-82
A brief survey of high resolution gas phase photo- and resonance Auger
electron spectroscopy on the newly constructed BL 51 at the MAX labor
atory is given. The powerful combination of the monochromator and the
electron spectrometer with a very high resolution has made it possible
to obtain interesting new results in several areas such as the Auger
resonance Raman effect in the VUV/soft X-ray region and the molecular
field and vibrational splittings in molecules.
