We report a case of gamma-streptococcal tricuspid valve endocarditis i
n a patient with no history of intravenous drug abuse, Echocardiograph
y revealed large vegetations on the anterior and septal cusps. The pat
ient had persistent fever and recurrent septic pulmonary embolism desp
ite prolonged antibiotic therapy. However tricuspid valve replacement
was successful.
