Abstract
We use QCD sum rules to calculate the hadronic matrix elements governi ng the ran decays B-->Kl(+)l(-) and B-->Kl(+)l(-) induced by the flav or-changing neutral current b-->s transition. We also study relations among semileptonic and ran B-->K() decay form factors. The analysis o f the invariant mass distribution of the lepton pair in B-->K()l(+)l( -) and of the angular asymmetry in B-->Kl(+)l(-) provides us with int eresting tests of the standard model and its extensions.
