Abstract
The armadillo domain is a repeating sequence motif of a variety of pro teins with different functions. Here we describe the structure of a sy nthetic single armadillo repeat solved by two-dimensional nuclear magn etic resonance spectroscopy. Our results indicate alpha-helical second ary structural elements in half of the residues.
