Abstract
The enantiomers of several 9-fluorenyl derivatives have been successfu lly resolved by HPLC on a chiral stationary phase (CSP) based on a mix ed 10-undecenoate/3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate of cellulose bonded to a llylsilica gel. Previous attempts at resolution, such as NMR methods, GC and the use of a multiple interaction type chiral column for HPLC, were unsuccessful. (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
