Hog. Siegbahn et S. Sodergren, STRUCTURES AT LIQUID SURFACES STUDIED BY CORE ELECTRON-SPECTROSCOPY, Journal of electron spectroscopy and related phenomena, 76, 1995, pp. 417-420
Core electron spectroscopy has been applied to the study of a solution
substrate of CsI in formamide. Gibbs monolayers are formed on the sub
strate by dissolution of ionic surfactants and the resulting ionic com
position of the surface region is investigated via core level spectros
copy. Differences in the composition are found which can be related to
the character of the surfactant.
