Abstract
In this paper an attempt was made to classify the ''political district s'' in relation to economic regions. Their structure is similar due to the fact of a conforming development. Nine economic areas were identi fied. Four of these are ''human capital intensive'', three are ''real capital intensive'' and three are ''capital extensive''.
