Abstract
We report a patient with multiple brachiocephalic arterial occlusive d isease who suffered failure of a bifurcated aorto-carotid artery graft . Profound hypothermic circulatory arrest provided adequate cerebral p rotection during redo aorto-brachiocephalic arterial grafting.
