Abstract
This article presents the interface of an implementation of methods to manipulate equations of the form A(1) x ... x A(m) where the A(i) are matrices. The methods described are independent of m. The code is bas ed on LAPACK and the BLAS and supports virtually all of the matrix for mats supported by those packages. Timings of the implementation on sev eral machines are also given.
