Abstract
An adaptive two-stage procedure based on the multiple-model approach i s proposed for detecting disharmonies in random sequences. At the firs t siege, can optimal filtered signal derived from a complete set of fi lters that form a bank of the filters is computed, and at the second s tage, the probabilities of hypotheses appropriate to each of the filte rs are calculated.
