Abstract
We report a case of diffuse large cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with con comitant lupus anticoagulant at initial diagnosis. Progressive thrombo sis occurred despite radiologically proven response of the lymphoma af ter chemotherapy treatment. Extraordinary bone scintigraphy with multi ple ''cold'' lesions probably due to bone ischemia is described.
