Abstract
Analysis of the leave exudate of Aloe plicatilis resulted in the isola tion of a new compound designated plicataloside. Its structure, glucop yranosyl)-1,2,8-trihydroxy-3-methylnaphthale was established by spectr al and chemical methods.
