Abstract
A 22-year-old woman presented with left subcostal pain and nausea. A r adiograph and a computed tomographic scan of the chest revealed diaphr agmatic hernia. Thoracoscopic surgery was performed. The herniated org ans were put back into the peritoneal cavity and the hernial hilum was closed with interrupted silk suturing.
