Abstract
Leiomyoma of the colon is an extremely rare entity. Reports are those of sessile intraluminal lesions that are accessible to colonoscopy. Th is is a case report of a pedunculated extraluminal leiomyoma of the si gmoid colon which has not been previously reported.
