M. Jurczyk, REMANENCE ENHANCED ND2FE(14)B ALPHA-FE AND ND(FE,MO)(12)N-X/ALPHA-FE TYPE MAGNETIC POWDERS PRODUCED BY HIGH-ENERGY BALL-MILLING/, Journal of alloys and compounds, 235(2), 1996, pp. 232-236
Nd12.6Fe81.4-y-zCoyZrzB6 (2:14:1 phase)/alpha-Fe (y = 0 or 11.6 and z
= 0 or 0.5) and Nd12Fe75Mo13Nx (1:12 phase)/alpha-Fe powders. with a v
olume fraction of magnetically soft alpha-Fe phase up to 75%, have bee
n prepared by a high-energy ball-milling and annealing, and in the cas
e of the latter, nitrogenation. Enhanced remanent magnetic polarizatio
ns of 1.14 T and 0.85 T were Obtained in Nd12.6Fe69.3Co11.6Zr0.5B6/alp
ha-Fe and Nd12Fe75Mo13N/alpha-Fe powders. with a volume fraction of ma
gnetically soft alpha-Fe phase of around 40% respectively.
