Gp. Ignateva, EFFECT OF PULSATORY MODE OF LIQUID SUPPLY ON THE KINETICS OF MASS-EXCHANGE WITH THE SOLID-PHASE, Russian journal of applied chemistry, 68(4), 1995, pp. 584-588
The effect of the pulsatory mode of liquid supply on the kinetics of d
issolution and extraction of a solid soluble component from a porous p
article has been studied in the approximation of a model unit mass-exc
hange cell that is part of a dense moving bed of granular material and
consists of a particle having the most typical size and a solution, w
ith a phase volume ratio of these corresponding to the moving dense gr
anular bed. Mathematical models are presented that describe both proce
sses during the supply and pause intervals.
