Abstract
Diastereospecific Synthesis of cis-beta-lactams (6a-g) has been achiev ed in ketene-imine-cycloaddition reaction (Staudinger reaction) by usi ng homochiral ketene precursors 3 and 4 derived from Oppolzer sultam, in very good yields. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
