Abstract
Various oxacephams are obtained from symmetrically and unsymmetrically 2,2,5,5-substituted 1,3-2H-oxazines by the Staudinger reaction. The a nnulation reaction proceeds diastereoselectively with both synthons, a s unequivocally determined by nmr spectroscopical analysis.
