Ga. Lushcheikin, TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENCE OF THE PIEZOELECTRIC, MECHANICAL, AND DIELECTRIC CHARACTERISTICS OF RUBBER-ELASTIC PIEZOELECTRIC COMPOSITES, Measurement techniques, 38(6), 1995, pp. 687-692
New rubber-elastic piezoelectric composite materials are investigated
by a resonance technique in the temperature range from -60 degrees C t
o +80 degrees C. A slight change in the bulk piezoelectric parameters
is noted in the interval 5-70 degrees C (g(V) = 60-75 mV . m/N). A the
oretical physical model is proposed for calculating the piezoelectric
characteristics. A piezoelectric cable and large-area piezoelectric sh
eets have been developed using the new materials.
