Abstract
A 66 year old male patient with malignant lymphomatous polyposis of th e gastrointestinal tract showed a manifestation in the nasopharynx. Af ter 6 cycles of chemotherapy according to the CHOP-Scheme complete rem ission could be observed. 9 months after therapy no signs of recurrenc e were evident.
