Abstract
A method is described for measuring and calculating the phase angle an d magnitude of the harmonics corresponding to a periodic signal. The i mplementation of this method requires only simple basic mathematical o perations and can be easily implemented in microcomputer- or microproc essor-based real-time systems. The proposed method can be easily used for measuring the frequency characteristics of linear systems.
