Abstract
Tracheobronchial injuries are rare and associated with other injuries. We report about a traumatic rupture of the left main bronchus into th e segmental bronchus of the lower lobe. After resection of the lower l obe a bronchoplastic repair of the main and upper bronchus was perform ed.
