THE INTERACTION BETWEEN ENDOGENOUS INTOXI CATION AND IMMUNODEPRESSIONIN CRANIOCEREBRAL TRAUMA PATHOGENESIS

Endogenous intoxication degree as well as immunodepression level were examined in 50 patients with brain contusion of moderate and severe de gree of gravity. Uncomplicated course of disease was observed in 20 pa tients while the complicated one - in 21 individuals. 9 patients with unfavourable outcome were also observed. The complex of biochemical an d immunological studies of blood was used many times in the course of traumatic disease. The peculiarities of endogenous intoxication altera tions as well as of T-lymphocytes system were revealed in acute period of craniocerebral trauma. The data obtained may be used in prognosis of both disease current and complications development.
