The analog of the phase diagram for the transition vicinity is fou nd provided the conduction in this vicinity is governed by the electro n-electron coupling. The experimental data for amorphous Cd-Sb alloy a re used. The line of superconducting transitions, having a returning p oint, is drawn on the diagram.
