Gn. Chen et al., FLOW-INJECTION AND LIQUID-CHROMATOGRAPHIC DETECTION OF AMINO-ACIDS BASED ON THE CHEMILUMINESCENCE REACTION OF LUCIGENIN, Analytical communications, 33(3), 1996, pp. 99-102
It has been found that amino acids can inhibit the chemiluminescent re
action of lucigenin, especially in the presence of Co-II, and that the
extent of inhibition is proportional to the concentration of the amin
o acids, Based on this principle, flow injection (FI) and LC methods h
ave been developed to determine amino acids, The linear ranges for six
teen amino acids were determined in the FI system, and the retention t
imes of eleven amino acids were investigated by LC, and a mixture of A
sp, Val, Leu and Phe was analysed, The method is simple and rapid, wit
h a time for one analysis of less than 10 min.
