The regularities of formation of concentration anal temperature fields
in the chromatographic part of a column were analyzed for the station
ary regime of separation in the moving bed by calculating the Myers an
d Prausnitz multicomponent adsorption equilibrium and sets of differen
tial equations of material and heat balances. The homogeneities of iso
lated fractions were obtained as functions of regime parameters, using
a four-component system as an example. We have shown that setups for
separation in moving beds are self-regulating systems.
