Abstract
Ensemble of high-pressure gas discharges with a liquid cathode, occurr ing during the microplasma oxide coating, is discussed. Distribution o f the electric field strength and potential, as well as the number of particles, in the discharge gap was calculated within the frames of an exact model. The law of normal distribution of current density was pr oved to exist in the ensemble. The results obtained are in qualitative and quantitative agreement with experiment.
