Abstract
An atlas of Arcturus spectra is presented spanning the 8690-9300 Angst rom (10750-11500 cm(-1)) region. The high-resolution (lambda/Delta lam bda similar to 56000) Fourier transform spectra have been divided by a transmission function for the Earth's atmosphere. The Arcturus spectr al features have been identified. This spectral region spans a gap bet ween two major atlases, and comparison of the atlases is undertaken. T he influence of a grating spectrograph's instrumental profile on equiv alent width as well as line depth is noted.
