Abstract
DURING MICRONEUROSURGICAL PROCEDURES, frequent intermittent irrigation and/or suction are often necessary. We describe two simple devices: t he automatic drip irrigating needle and the suction retractor. We have confirmed their usefulness through our routine use of these simple de vices since 1982.
