Abstract
A case pf preoperatively diagnosed jejunal duplication cyst displaying the characteristic five-layered appearance of the gastrointestinal tr act wall and peristaltic activity is reported. Both these rare feature s allowed a specific diagnosis of enteric duplication to be made.
