Abstract
Infections by Listeria monocytogenes are uncommon, with cerebritis bei ng even rarer. We present three cases of cerebritis which occurred dur ing an outbreak of listeriosis. The CT and MR findings at diagnosis an d during follow-up are described. Predominant deep white matter lesion s with nodular and ring enhancement were seen. The MR yielded a higher resolution of the lesions than CT.
