SPIN-CHARGE SEPARATION IN THE T-J MODEL

Spin-charge separation is found in the t-J model. Such a state reprodu ces various 1D correlations at a strong-coupling fixed-point. A long-r ange AF order is recovered at 2D half-filling, while a spin-charge dec onfinement is obtained at finite doping. In the 2D spin-charge separat ion regime, residual spin-charge coupling leads to anomalous normal-st ate magnetic and transport properties.
