Abstract
We investigated 7 patients with chronic congestive heart failure under going dynamic cardiomyoplasty with intraoperative transesophageal echo cardiography. Biventricular wrapping acutely modified right or left ve ntricular geometry, but did not induce acute restriction to left ventr icular filling.
