The electrophoretic mobility of a isolated spherical colloid particle
subject to an oscillating electric field is analyzed in the limit of h
igh frequencies by the technique of matched asymptotic expansions, The
effect of mobile Stern layer ions is also included in the analysis. T
he resulting expressions can be used to compute the mobility and condu
ctivity in the regime where direct numerical solutions encounter diffi
