Abstract
Since the St. Vincent Declaration was published in 1989, several diffe rent but logically linked activities have been initiated. In addition, there are projects in adjacent fields supporting each other by exchan ge of information and partial co-operation. This paper provides an ove rview of their structure and describes the different projects.
