Abstract
The effect of oleic, acid on the phase contact surface and the mass-ex change coefficient in the liquid phase and the gas-liquid flow in tube s of a tube-cased jet-injection fermentator have been considered. Depe ndences for calculating these parameters with account of the presence of a foam-extinguisher in the apparatus have been obtained.
