Abstract
A pulse-periodic YAG:Nd oscillator-amplifier system with compensation of wavefront distortions was assembled. The success of compensation wa s deduced from the efficiency of second-harmonic generation in a KDP c rystal. Right up to the pulse repetition frequency of 50 Hz the system retained near-diffraction divergence of the output radiation.
