Rp. Rastogi et al., OSCILLATIONS AND PATTERN-FORMATION DURING ELECTRODEPOSITION OF LEAD METAL IN BATCH AND FLOW REACTORS, Journal of physical chemistry, 97(18), 1993, pp. 4871-4876
Cathode potential changes with time during the process of electrodepos
ition of lead metal from its aqueous solutions in batch reactor as wel
l as in a continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR) have been reported.
Growth kinetics at constant current/potential has been studied for co
rrelation. Influence of electrolyte concentration, applied current and
certain polymer additives on morphologies, and oscillatory characteri
stics have been investigated.
