Abstract
Analogs of (2'-5')oligoadenylate trimer with N-6-benzyladenosine in va rious positions of the chain and the fully-substituted trimer were syn thesized by the phosphotriester method. The structures of compounds pr epared were proved by UV, CD, and H-1 NMR. The obtained substances inh ibit replication of tobacco mosaic virus at 10(-8)-10(-6) M concentrat ion, which is comparable with that of natural (A2'p)(2)A triadenylate.
