Abstract
A 43-year old women was admitted to our hospital for investigation and treatment of a right ovarial tumour. Presenting symptoms and signs in cluded recurrent pelvic pain since half a year, nervousness and interc urrent insomnia. At operation a solid cystic tumour was found arising from the right ovary. Histologically a combination tumour was found to consist of a multilocular cystadenoma and a true struma ovarii as a r are neoplasia of teratomatous nature.
