Abstract
The title compound, C18H16O2, was prepared as an important intermediat e in the preparation of deuterium-labelled diethylene glycol bis(allyl carbonate), The bond lengths and angles are similar to those reported for s-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene-11-carboxylic acid.
